Stillness Room offers shipping to Canada only. Please allow 5 -14 days for delivery, unless otherwise advised. RETURN POLICY
Stillness Room takes pride in offering quality products to enhance your home and your wellbeing. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and understand that web shopping entails making purchases "sight unseen."
- Upon receipt of your product, should there be any manufacturing defects you may return your unused product by contacting us within 10 days for a "no hassle" return authorization. - Returned product must be received within 14 days of return request in new condition with original packaging intact.
- Stillness Room will refund 100% of your purchase, less all shipping and handling charges.
- Items returned without original packaging or in conditions other than new, may be refused and/or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
- Customers that refuse a shipment upon delivery will be responsible for the return shipping costs, any damage during transit, as well as a restocking fee of up to 25%.
- Orders cancelled prior to shipping are subject to a 15% handling/restocking fee.
- All sales final after 30 days.
WARRANTY
Stillness Room offers a 30 day guarantee from date of purchase on the unlikely event that any manufacturing defects may occur with our products.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a weight limit of approximately 225 pounds on our chairs. As they are low to the ground, it is imperative that you not "plop" into them from high up, but rather gently lower yourself into it.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON OUR PRODUCTS
Please note the entire line of Stillness Room furniture is handmade and imported from Indonesia. Our chairs, tables and divider screens have some differences in wood grains, stains/finishes, stitching and fabric colors. Each piece is uniquely beautiful and no two pieces are exactly alike. Items may not be exchanged or accepted for return for these or other aesthetic reasons.
